Mats Onsum

After years of competitive sports, Mats Onsum was introduced to yoga in 2011; a form of exercise and science in which the whole person is taken into account. It is not about winning over an external opponent, but about exploring and challenging oneself to grow and flourish as a human being. In 2014, Mats completed his first of three yoga teacher trainings, and has taught full time since 2016. Mats now works on behalf of companies, yoga centers and private individuals, with the main focus on Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

As a teacher, he wants to help people explore their own being through yoga; to achieve increased body awareness, presence and contact with one's own breath, and create a solid foundation for exploring the body, mind and emotions - and the link between these. For Mats, communicating yoga is very much about balancing play and discipline, control and surrender, strength and softness, as well as making it accessible to people in different situations and ages, so that we can learn to navigate both high peaks and deep valleys in their inner and outer landscape.

Kristina Mac Lennan

Kristina Mac Lennan is a certified Vinyasa, embodied Yin, Pre and Post-natal yoga teacher.

She wants to create a space where you can find peace and presence within yourself, in a -for most people- hectic everyday life. The flow is always there. We just have to stop. Create space to be here and now. To land.

Kristina has a holistic approach to life and feels that everything is connected, everything is one. This means that she is constantly on the lookout for new knowledge and new perspectives. She is calm and down to earth, open and eager to learn. That is why she has furthered her education in Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Mother/Baby Yoga.
